Food4, I just finished listening to Dr. Manuso's great presentation from last week, and was really impressed. He's showing a lot of enthusiasm and they have a solid plan in place, so now all that's needed is some funding.

Looks like the FDA meeting for Dronabinol's Phase 3 design and SPA will occur around mid-year. With CX-1739 they want to proceed into Central Sleep Apnea (hooray), which is where CX-1739 showed such phenomenal results in the Phase 2a (the Central SA cohort). They also want to advance into the post-surgical respiratory area with CX-1739, and then for CX-717 they have plans for post-spinal cord injury and also regular opioid induced Respiratory Depression.

So there's a full plate of opportunities, just need the funds to make it happen, or a partner. So we'll need to stay tuned. You could really sense Dr. Manuso's growing excitement and enthusiasm.
