I've heard that as well - amazing how thin-skinned Founder Sullivan is, now after all he claimed simply didn't happen.

He raised $365k by SELLING shares at a dime per share, then he quit filing. He doesn't even submit disclosures to OTCM either - He does nothing to account for the money raised from selling shares.

Now the GTRQ pps is sub-penny and the stock is dark, it barely trades.

Gregg has some 'splaining to do.
