Honestly, I don't think there is demand for PSI. They released the latest earnings on a 3 day weekend and on opening put out another PR to keep the stock price from dropping. With the authorized shares raised by over double and no working capital, there is going to be massive dilution. After reading it from top to bottom I believe we will fall back down to levels in the 0.10-0.20 range.
