If this is truly the case, MTIA's notes are worthless. Good luck trying to leverage the upcoming notes to steal the company. The check is in the mail! It also should be to the mutual benefit and extremely urgent for Besser and ECTE to negotiate a deal that won't screw the shareholders! I don't trust Besser. The are more Wall Street thieves than Chinese bootleggers & hackers!
