FOR YOUR EYES ONLY....would like to share the below e-mail from Niclas this morning with you.
The change is very positive for UCP.
As you may know, I have been very upset about Carl going out starting his own company and not placing it within UCP.
I have shared my feeling with Niclas a number of times.

So…what has been happening…..For a number of years, Carl has not been 100% with UCP.
Niclas wanted him to travel more for the company and this was not happening.
Carl was not dealing with shareholders and trying to find himself in what his job was with the company.
I think the pressure came from Niclas and he was ready to kiss it good bye regardless of share ownership.

The future of UCP has become brighter with Lars moving to the top.
Yes…Niclas could have taken more shares from Carl but he wanted Lars to have them.
Niclas is not into who has more shares when it comes to friendship. No power play with him.
Now….you have the rest of the story and I think they need a little rope this year from the shareholders.
I can tell you one thing for sure…..Niclas….Lars…..Ken…..care about the shareholders so one fine day……
I see a merger because Niclas has a relationship with large media public companies and if it happens will move up with them.

Of course is sad that Cj wants to move. But its better for all shareholders to have a big owner that works hard everyday to contribute with revenue and strong leadership. Both Lars and I did the naval officers training for 3,5 years together.
We will send a cv and information more about Lars next week. Happy to see happy feet
