Stock Buyack

Everyone needs to understand that VirTra only approved the stock buyback and gave an extended period of time in which to use it (or not). Ultimately the trigger is up to management or the Board as to when and at what price to do so.

We all need to also remember that VirTra indicated that it was going to file a registration statement in 2017 and seek a graduation up to a National Exchange. If this is indeed in process I doubt there will be a slew of earnings calls and and news until this process has been completed.

For what it is worth I believe the cash should be used wisely to provide support at some level -- but otherwise preserved to grow the business or acquire another competitor. Instead of focusing on tick by tick trade prices I think VirTra needs to focus on building the business and getting through registration -- which, if achieved, will help all shareholders in the longer term.
