This is significant (English utilization) in regard to marketing. As per VuBru, significance can go away as the study progresses. A small subgroup showing good numbers could drop into non significant despite there being a real effect demonstrable in a larger study. The wonders of statistical analysis. A good RRR for the study as a whole gives approval. A trend demonstrated in a subgroup becomes accurate and non misleading (data suggests). Again, extending the V group open label could add to the data positively. But ya gotta weigh costs vs what the main study results gives you. This is a high grade problem to have to deal with.
