It is mostly hypothesis on my part but it makes sense to me. Market cap is below Ipsen upfront...that is ludicrous in my opinion. No debt..125MM into the capital structure and $200 MM dividend?? They are on the come line for $500MM more..33 MM which looks easy..Why would you sell or short the stock? I have to believe MACK was working with Shire in three trials and the first line efforts. The stock price is very manipulated and the large owners I feel agree with me that a full cash offer is coming..At worst $6 ( $840 MM ) and at best $8. The tax loss carry forward is worth a minimum of $200 Million.
