It doesn't matter. If she sees that doing one is her fiduciary duty, then she'll do one. After all, I've not seen a R/S yet where the CEO hasn't said it was to the benefit of the shareholders for one idiotic reason or another.

Attract institutional investors, uplist to an actual exchange, provide liquidity, etc.......

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
