I don't think so? I don't believe they have an official office anymore. Why would you need one, the selling of the debt has been carried out. An office is only a front for the sale, if the sale is finalized why have an office.

Let's look at it like your running for office and trying to get elected for some position. You then have an office once elected the electoral gives you an office. Well in the case of selling debt you don't need an office once the sale is finalized.
