The law suits won't be one. What they will do is bring to attention the 48 manipulations to the act. Maybe Mr. Trump will address those issues. The thing is that it states in the banking act that a company cannot buy back debt it has underwritten before the leverage of the interest on the sale to the end customer.

In the SEC documents and rules it states the end customer can be whole sale, or manufacturer/ producer. As you can see in this process the investor is denied leverage on the interest to his equity contribution. He may as well by a every day run of the mill bond.

Companies are saying that there is no risk taken due to the underwriting taken place and that its market timing and exiting that should produce the results for an investor.

This attitude from companies has made claims from investors that trading is pure speculation on market swings to as when the company will repurchase the debt leaving investors wondering if they will see the leveraging of the interest rates through product or service releases.

Companies argue that not all customers take product on credit or they will often request a discount should they pay cash. The cash is then used to buy back the debt rolling the debt back into a raw material and labor providing entity debt holder.

Now yes the none leveraged interest can support new equity set a par. Then again this interest can be sold for what ever the market is willing to pay. This was all very well until the introduction of the internet. Let's sum it up by saying that the cat is out of the bag cause what only one percent of the population knew is now twenty five percent heading to a 100% of the population knowing how it works.

Time for a change I would say to get folks to invest. They have to establish an end result for leverage interest relative to product and service development for the investor. Companies have to take a more realistic look at the risk of time and inflation for the investor.

They need to plug the holes and the upcoming court case may bring light these issues.

I'm no expert nor am I trained in giving advise on this matter or any other matter to one it comes to investing. This is my opinion and mine only and I would advise everyone to study the numbers and get the opinion of a qualified individual on the issues I have brought forward here to day with all of you on this board and at our local coffee shop that we meet at.
