As for MM wanting shares, that was not really my point
My main points ignored were there is a 12 to 18 month window now (unless of course there is a settlement)and as there is CAFC cash on hand, there may not be another $200k for a year of salary, bills, filings, etc. that is what i said... get it right please..

Though i believe we are at the end of the tunnel and the light is bright, too many times we have heard a whistle and bell attached where there should be none. sometimes, things just happen.

What i said was that cash may be needed, past the CAFC and the remaining 10 mil shares approx will / may not suffice.

So the easy out could be MM's, yes most likely private placement, but you cannot say 100% that MM's would not want...

As well as the fact that once more shares are available, IF USED, they would dilute the special one time dividend.

Its an opinion thats all, not fact, not a guaranty of events, not the only possibility. Couching your answers with sorry and if you don't mind doesn't mean its not a personal attack, its why some of your prior posts were flagged, like so many others rain/dave.

I am not sure why a brand new member, who has never before asked a question has half dozen posts has already read thousands of emails, sec forms and links..dave-rain-jpp-etc..lol
