The Courts signed an order granting Debtors motion intervene in Adversary Proceedings...this basically means that SUNE is now going to start lawsuits against key former and current officers of SUNE for their participation in all the shady dealings that lead to the bankruptcy...monetary relief will be paid through their liability insurance policies.
