Sullivan claimed he needed $1M, but when he couldn't raise that amount (leaving the offering open until the very last day), he then decided he only needed $400k which of course was really only $365k, but who's counting.

Next he put those ridiculous ads on Craigslist like he was trying to use the money to hire someone, but no one was hired.

Then of course Sullivan filed the FORM 15 terminating GTRQ's registration.

So yes, Sullivan sold $365k worth of shares in a public offering, but where's the money? Does anyone know?
