Ridiculous. FDA denied the only application this scam with $147 in the bank put forth. The IR fraudsters tried to use a phony press release about making the application as being "newsworthy". In addition to the FDA DENIAL and the disastrous financials including that this fraudulent scheme has 147 bucks in the bank, this scam uses phony press releases to try and gin up stock sales and fleece hapless Marks..
