Ipsen??? No..I think they are trying to steal the company on the cheap, Their minimum out of pocket is $575 Million for the drug and all the manufacturing. And they would not make the bid as I think it will be another bidder. Heck hedge funds and private equity could enter the fray. This deal was just announced last week. It takes companies and lawyers time to gear up. But this is my theory. Look. This morning Bayer said it was going to spend a few billion here to grease the skids for the Monsanto deal

Bottom line. The market cap is below $575 Million. Start there.
