the RRRs could be higher in the healthier patients.. just fewer events..that would be more of a challenge to the trial. The "sick" patients will by definition have more events and a high RRR in that group is just what we need...



That also is a possibility. As noted, the overall RRR is key and the subgroup results relative the overall will/may affect marketing depending on how much they deviate from the overall. But at this point they are the game within the game and mostly discussion. Expectations are part of investing and there are a number of not unreasonable ones here on the board. But given the variability in just the RRR, expectations one subgroup RRR's are even more of a reach.
