First let me say that I'm a shareholder. Bought in the .60's and .50's. Should of been buying in the .30's recently but I missed the opportunity. However, After reviewing the prospectus and the continual warrant financing (because of the other poster referring to Roth Capital) it is apparent to me that Roth has been selling and that's what has kept the price down on low volume. They have been compensated with over 600k shares the past 3 months. Fortunately they don't dump a bunch of shares on the market as it would not work make only hurt themselves. Maybe they don't sell them all but seeing that they are not receiving cash they are liquidated for their services.
