Guessing its a death knell...

So freaking stupid to late filing a 10M share grant to CEO for .01 in the money.

This deal stinks of greed and stupidity.

DD shows there is a 200M + over hang in shares already.

Then maybe CEO says hey I need to sell shares too...and grant himself 10M - Dec. 16th - then puts out a 8K Jan. 6th then files a Form 4 - Jan. 11th...

CEO probably selling the whole time and trying to cover his arse.
