They have gotten information from many of the victim's as well as the Belize Petroleum Department. The SEC has also very likely had the documents that the SEC subpoenaed from Wardroom for many months.



Since Federal Agencies never openly discuss information when cases are under investigation how can it be known what the SEC has or doesn't have ??
