No disrespect, but you probably need to get the "What's the latest rumor?" mentality out of your thought process with MDMN. Les Price was the initiator of just about every false or over-exaggerated rumor that bubbled up to the MDMN shareholder community. He's gone. So is the rumor mill. Kevin Tupper et al are running MDMN responsibly now with tight controls on information dissemination.

The reason the stock went up recently is anybody's guess, but most likely due to shareholders who sold to offset capital gains in 2016 and have replenished their share positions in the new year.

Additionally, Medinah's latest PR and forensic audit update instilled a bit more confidence regarding the company's intent to aggressively attempt to recover as many shares as possible and hold Les Price et al accountable.
