Vascepa is now Tier 4 at Kaiser and Omega-3 acid ethly ester ( generic Lovaza ) is Tier 2.!!!!
If Vascepa shows 15% RRR it should be at Tier 2 with reasonable co pays
I think you were referring to Zetia before ...6% RRR reduction . That had sales of $411m for the 3rd Qt 2016 ....but is now non formulary or Tier 4 for Kaiser and Anthem blue cross ...and now off patent .
