Gabor No insurance Co IMHO is going to pay all of the $14,000 a yr price tag for a PCSK9 drug that only lowers RRR by 15%.
I also don't think they will be paying all of the $2.808 ( your price ) for V / year with only a 15% RRR

Regarding MOA ...whatever MOA.... all that matters is the degree of reduction in CV events .

WAC I understand to mean "wholesale acquisition cost " and yes I understand providers get rebates etc

There is a cost / benefit analysis that applies here and will vary based on patient risk . IE lower co pays for secondary prevention , higher co pays for primary prevention... and again...depending on the degree of risk reduction.
