If RRR in R-IT is only 15% for a drug with a WAC of $234 ? per month I would expect high co pays.

- I am just wondering how 15% RRR, became "only 15%" ... as I know the best, available add-on showed 6% RRR ... 15% is higher by 150% ...
- Please check what is WAC since it looks like you do not know ... but never mind: $14.000 (PCSK9) vs $2.808 (V) / year ... $11.192 / 80% difference per year
- PCSK9 is about LDL, just like statin, meanwhile V has a different MOA ... apple vs orange, but let say both will show 15% RRR ... $14.000 (PCSK9) vs $2.808 / injection vs pill ... good luck for Amgen, Insurance Co's will prefer V. Furthermore, I do not think Insurance Co's will move V into a higher Tier, request high co pays (after successful R-IT) due to more demand.

Best,
