The only chance he has is to give the illusion that he is fighting it to make some people think that he will announce news once things are "legally" cleaned up. Buys him ALOT of time.

This is so sad...to buy this thing without any plan B game plan. All it would take is 5 Kongers with 1 King to have an ask slap party over say 12 trading days and then DUMP into big news (real or fake) and split the profits evenly.
