Off-take and MOU

River Basin Energy has an off-take agreement for 160k tonnes annually

They also have an MOU for up to 2 million tonnes annually, which would be converted to an off-take once phase 1 is built, (200k tonnes)

BMSPF and RBE will merge once the bond financing is completed.
