Kim should sell the shell since it doesn't appear he has the desire to make NGCG a viable business. Seems the Reverse Split was turned down by Finra. Since he couldn't destroy all us retail shareholders Holdings by doing a Reverse. Kim lost interest here.

But , if that is the case why waste the time and energy to fight Ruppert and Kalisky in court. It is sending investors mix messages.
