Previously, we have only known a very basic SS with PFSD:

400,000,000 A/S
393,000,000+ O/S

Now, we have restricted shares and reserved shares. These have not existed until recently.

We don't know the exact reasons or definitions of either of these classifications of shares. The Restricted could be untouchable shares (at present) that are the result of the FINRA action with Terry Haggerty, but we don't know.

We DO know that the Publicly Traded share count (The Float) is now less than the O/S: 349,301,847 shares.
