I thought they were initially saying they would file way back in September..

I guess investors here just don't trust overseas companies.

At a 21 million $ market cap and 18 million in cash prior to Fridays acquisition, Investment community is basically saying KTOV is not worth much. Up to Management to change that perception.

No time like the present to elaborate on their decision to acquire on Friday and to promote itself to investment community.
