You go chasing rabbits. I prefer facts and financial statements. WeedHire.com is limiting themselves to the cannabis industry. With only 31 states, whom are cannabis friendly, that leaves 19 states that will not use this job search engine. Combine that with 167 jobs postings listed you have a bad business model.

Indeed has over 900 jobs posted for cannabis.
Monster has over 255 jobs posted for cannabis.
Hiremenow.com uses a Google search platform which results in 7,250,000 hits for cannabis jobs.

Search engines need traffic. This would be a good start to solving the problem of low traffic. Use a traffic ticker to measure the flow of traffic. I'm sure David Bernstein has already thought of all this. WDHR needs to become relevant. They need to be creative and offer free job postings for entry level jobs that do not require a drug test for employment. They need to do something quickly to figure out how to generate some positive growth.
