I flip it from time to time. Small position (1k ot less) buying sub 180. But DD I did lead me to believe that a long term hold wasn't for me. Nice way of reducing share count, impressive contracts exchanging common to prefs (sent a copy to Francine...lol...) but temporary measure only. Haven't touched it in a couple of weeks. Brighter jewels out there..
