Lehman Brothers International Europe (LBIE) is not in the list of these subsidiaries whose assets LBI transferred to LBI ALI. The creditors/SH of UK have been taking 'undue advantage' of this Loophole and also the UK Securities laws that unduly favour UK residents over others and have benefited and continue to benefit from 'out-sized' recoveries they are gaining thru the LBIE Entity, at the expense of other 'Non-UK' Shareholders of LBI/LBHI.
