Yeah, only because they stopped filing and technically shares can't become unrestricted. If they allowed shares to become unrestriced now, just imagine how many more shares would be diluted for all that has been owed over the past year before even trying to issue more for new G&A expenditures. If you think they will do that and be able to launch products even in 1 market, let alone nationally...well, good luck with that.
