looks like 2 Billion (which had been increased after the huge RS in 2015, the AS before the RS was 14 BIL)

But then on the OTC it says.. 130,000,000 (which was the A/S after the RS)

Ritchie doesn't really like to keep investors informed which can be witnessed by the "late filing notice" but yet a filing was never done... good ol' Andy, what a great little scammer he is.


Oh, here's another doc to look at, the Amended 10Q (filed on 4-15-16) he "made a mistake" on the number of shares...pretty funny.

The doc is worth looking at for more than just the A/S.

The Company had 130,000,000 common shares authorized as of February 29, 2016, not 30,000,000 as erroneously reported.

BUT after all this information to review, DOMK is not a stock to buy, there is NO COMPANY.
