This is one of my favorite stocks and regardless of short term fluctuations it's in my long term hold bucket.

Anyway to get some chatter on this message board I have a question.

Why would a company choose to issue Shares on the TSX and OTC. What is there net benefit from doing so? Why not just TSX.
