The SEC is very clear when dealing with Nano-Cap stocks. This company has a capitalization of $320,000 if one were to use your number of outstanding shares.

The 10-k would be due on the last day of business in 2016, which was Friday the 30th of December. That date does not change.

The Fact that ERHE filed for an extension changes that date to January 14th 2017. But this should not matter either as the SEC has never done much interdiction when it comes to Nano-Cap stocks.

Like always you always make an issue out of a Non-event or should I say a Mountain out of a Mole Hill.
