If so, this is 2009 all over again.
I remember Ken talking to investors on UStream ... Although I vaguely remember, I think this is the way it went then: SDVI was picking up steam, Matt Van-something got on board and boom!!! big dilution... If I remember well, at that point, there were about 1-2B shares floating. I don't have any reason to think that this could have changed until now and yet, there are 7B authorized shares.
I honestly don't know what to think at this point.
I also remember the spin-off of Graffiti shares. This was a way to disburse gains or profits to "old" shareholders... In retrospect, I don't really know what happen with all that and I am suppose to have Graffiti stocks from that time.
In any case... KEN: You need to talk soon. Particularly to us who have been here for a few (too many) years....
