As required by the SEC, SoOum Corp. will be filing it's financial statements on a combined basis with Western Grade via 8k in the coming days. The previous auditors being used could no longer qualify to issue an opinion acceptable to the SEC. As a result, a change in auditors has been made. We expect to file once the new auditors review the material.
