Your assuming 2 things... 1) The purchase order is real (they received an 8 million one a year ago) and 2) They'll use that money to retire notes..

I want you to keep one thing in mind. Cellucci told a friend of mine in Nov that the filings are late because they don't have enough money to pay the auditors.
