JPP - i get all that you wrote, but there are a few misconceptions

1- your statement of distribution is based on status quo of the stock
meaning that the r/s let say 20 to 1 / 100,000 shares, = yes 5000 shares. Now your distribution is based on an aggregate amount / divided by the outstanding shares. So 100 mil divided by x shares as you stated, but, with the 20 to 1, now the issue is the new AVAILABLE shares as well.. so now the treasury that has approx 240 mil outstanding shares will now have about 190 mil back to use. Now two things, perhaps three could would will happen

1- MM will want shares
2- General market will want shares - of course
3- Due to the new available excess, the pressure to rise up due to the already held by longs shares not selling may not have the upward swing we HAVE ALL those that have been here years not days or weeks have been watching, we have gone from a circulation of 100 mil shares to 240 mill...

As for the ownership owes nothing, company owes nothing line -paraphrasing here, sorry. There is a fiduciary responsibility.
I for one, would not mind taking warrants for stock swap, to free up room in the vault,

Again as for the special dividend, once attorneys, taxes, Operating, etc, etc, etc and say there is 50 mil 100 mil left over i wouldn't mind if that was done perhaps where as of the r/s date the commons held became a class other than common, this way those shares received the special dividend, not everyone after the r/s, or i guess if the date was set by the ownership that said, should there be a win and should there be a special dividend it would be for those who owned prior to the r/s.

It just tough to see all these years and effort to constantly buy and see it take a hit one more time in the r/s which never sits well, there will be - which you neglected to see, no hardship then to short the stock as its ease of availability and the pricing of over $3.00 will make it as easy as me hitting a button then as it would be for anyone else. so i can guarantee all that more shorting will happen than, the pricing cost will no longer be prohibitive as well.

anyway its just food for thought, i'll make my decision soon,
