Has management changed from the management where two Reverse Splits occurred? If so, who and how? This could easily rocket to the moon, but perhaps it could be the previous performance and actions that hold this back. If it's a whole new office with reputable folks heading the ship, then this can fly. If it's a bunch of mystery Dum-Dum suckers, then it might not take off much. One World at least has a bunch of major, MAJOR players heading their ship.
