That's only around half of the current average volume so, it's not impressive at all, imho. We heard the same sort of thing last year at this time too:
Waiting for new budgets, etc.
In addition, the current price per share is pathetic.

I can and will be patient, as I and others have been but at some point, a person's patience ends.

Let's hope Barry can finally get it done this year. If he can't, perhaps he should let somebody else have the reins who CAN.
