to develop a very unique 'rapid sample method' for 'Legionella' and
have all the questions put to rest,
AND SEAL THE DEAL WITH JEFF NUNEZ AND NORTHERN MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY.
1. serious dialogue about using MIT technology
2. preparatory discussion. Like any ambitious research project, several potential issues stood out immediately.
3. Could Dr. Sharp’s lab successfully culture legionella in numbers large enough.
4. further planning and discussion
5. a grant to fund the exploratory phase of applying rapid identification utilizing light scattering techniques to legionella – and, most importantly – culturing the bacteria in sufficient quantities.
6. Dr. Sharp has been successful in culturing bacteria in sufficient quantities.
7. Secondary tests related to technical requirements of the technology have also been successful.
all of these points were completed before the formal announcement came out.
all within an eight month time frame!!
(the attendance of the actual presentation came prior to these sequence of events)
heres the proof of the deal right here!
