In my opinion this is hilarious!

Glad I got out when I did.

I am also Ecstatic that I recorded the conference call and saved all the email and press releases to shareholders from The CEO.
Misleading shareholders and lying to pump the stock to dilute into it is a form of fraud...
I am interested to see where the court proceedings take place.
Jail time is in the future for bobby boy in my opinion.
