That SEC white paper DOES mention "manipulation"... which it says can be used to boost OTC stocks before the dump phase. Nothing in there, however, about paid bashers or wicked MMs. LOL!

Too bad that excellent report is buried deep inside www.sec.gov. But it's nice to see the SEC quantifying the outcomes of investing in unlisted stocks.... Negative 61% in the case of Grey Market stocks.

I'd prefer that the SEC goes one step further and tells investors the obvious: Never Buy OTC Stocks. But the SEC's mandate is to prevent crime, and not to turn bad investors into good ones.
