I think it is very likely that Francine will lose BRWC
if she does not obtain funding to clear the lawsuits.


BRWC would probably be in bankruptcy protection
by now with a different CEO.

I think that Francine is avoiding this move because
she knows she will then lose control of BRWC to a
Trustee.
