How much dilution? Gotta be several hundred million more shares.

Just figuring a combined salary for both of them at $150k. which is lower than they have claimed in the past.

Being very generous, selling shares @.0005. And that is being generous.

300,000,000 more shares on the O/S.

Those figures are being VERY generous. Remember all these shares get sold at a discount. 300mil is most likely low.
