(Update) AP&C expands its operations in Saint-Eustache

Buried 2/3 of the way down the page of a French-Canadian article reviewing October's news published today?

I don't remember seeing any information that included the expected completion date short of "the next three years" from the original announcement. The article also states that more than half of the new (106) jobs will be filled in 2017.

Installed in Boisbriand over the past decade, AP & C Advanced Coatings and Powders has kicked off construction work on a new manufacturing plant that will be installed in the new Innoparc Albatros in the Ville de Saint- Eustache. The building is scheduled to open in September 2017. The construction of this building at a cost of $ 31 million on a 290,000-square-foot site will create 106 new jobs within three More than half of which will be in 2017. These jobs will be in addition to the 85 others in Boisbriand.
