Well I think you would agree that the Fibertower Debt Holders are a shady group and were looking to steal the company from it's shareholdrers. So it could turn out to be a small blessing that FCC tried to claw back the Fibertower licenses, since it would appear the licenses need a serious restatement in value to protect all parties that share a stake in the Fibertower Debtor Estate
