Wasn't telling you. Giving an opinion to anybody who wants to critically think and potentially make money in the long run.

Your bet could work out. I doubt it, but it is possible.

You realize that if they issued every single share they have they would still need a pps of .08333 right?

Whether or not they actually use any plan they submit for compliance is irrelevant.
The fact is the must submit a plan.
And if compliance rejects it; it will be public.

For fun and gambling sake; what plan do you think they may submit?
I welcome all to participate...it will be a learning experience.
